Real Estate Law - Property owners periodically find themselves in court with a co-owner or a neighbor. Disputes often involve overlapping boundaries, site access, or property division. We handle those cases in courtrooms and in mediation.

Estate Planning / Wills and Trusts / Probate - Our estate planning and probate practice assists clients to focus upon the appropriate disposition of their estates after death, drafting wills and trusts, durable powers of attorney, domestic partnerships, trust administration and probate proceedings. We can help you create an estate plan that accurately reflects your wishes for transferring assets to beneficiaries. We also have the experience to represent you in probate court. TIC (Tenancy In Common) / Condo Conversions – Tenancy In Common refers to co-ownership or fractional ownership of real estate and other assets. It may be a suitable alternative to condominium ownership. Clients purchasing buildings as Tenants in Common, either to hold in kind or to subdivide into T condominiums have relied on our firm to draft the co-ownership or TIC agreement and to assist in all aspects of condominium conversions. We also assist in drafting condominium operating agreements, entity formation, and homeowners’ associations.

Commercial Leases – We assist clients with negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial leases.
