Francisco Gutierrez is an associate at the Law Offices of Michael C. Hall, where he specializes in landlord-tenant and real estate litigation. Mr. Gutierrez represents landlords and tenants in landlord-tenant related litigation and administrative proceedings in state court and local and state administrative agencies. Mr. Gutierrez has significant experience in motion practice for all stages of litigation, and has successfully argued numerous motions and ex parte applications to the Court. Mr. Gutierrez has been admitted to practice in the State of California, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, and the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association. Mr. Gutierrez received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2005. While at USF, he worked as a law clerk on the trial team at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office and he volunteered at the employment law clinic at Centro Legal de la Raza in Oakland. Prior to attending USF, Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Gutierrez is fluent in Spanish.
